Scuba Symphony will not be held responsible for any damanged/missing/loss product(s) sent through 3rd party shipping service. Due care and packaging has been taken preparing your orders prior to shipping. We do not accept any returns once the order has been sent out.
Products in scubasymphony.com can be categorized into the following warranty categories: Original manufacturer's warranty Scuba Symphony warranty No warranty For Scuba Symphony Warranty product, it means that the product is usually a direct purchased from Japan,Hong Kong, China, Taiwan,USA,Spain,Austria, France and Germany.Scuba Symphony will offer one year warranty to the product as what the manufacturer is offering. In case of warranty claim, the buyer just need to ship the product to Scuba Symphony address in Malaysia. We will then ship the product to for warranty claim, inccured shipping charges will be charged to the buyer.
For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer.
